Jake graduated from The University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a BFA in Dance. He moved to Orlando right after college and was hired to dance at Walt Disney World in the Festival of the Lion King. During this time he was teaching masterclasses at local dance studios in the surrounding area. After 2 years he caught the travel bug and spent the next 4 years traveling, performing, choreographing, and directing for Holland America Line and Celebrity Cruises. Jake has now settled back in Orlando and is so excited to be teaching at X-Factor and sharing his knowledge and experience with the dancers of the future.
